32 Player Single elimination bracket

Rounds: 5 Rounds of Bo1 matches followed by a bo3 final 

and a bo3 3rd/4th place playoff

Gamemode: FUT Friendlies

Platform: PS4 Version of FIFA Only (can be played on PS5) 

Start time: 12pm BST Friday

Creating a match

To create a match, navigate to the FUT Friendlies game mode by going through:

 Play>FUT Friendlies>Play a friend 

Then invite your opponent to the game.

You can find your opponents PSN ID on the ‘Match details’ page on the website by clicking their profile picture.

Reporting your score

When submitting your score, please input your match result Regardless of score

For example, if the match concluded with a score of 2-1 to you, then you should type in 1 for your score and 0 for your opponent's score.

Please have video/screenshot evidence of your match result.

In the case that a match has conflicting results, you will be asked to provide evidence of your match before the result can be amended.

Squad build rules

Your squad's overall rating must be 90 or lower as calculated and shown in-game at the start of the match

Your squad can include up to a maximum of 3 ICONs total, including your subs

Loan Players are strictly prohibited.

All FIFA Pro items (99 rated items given to Football Professionals in their own likeness are strictly prohibited.)

Rules

• You must show your team and team rating during each match to prove that your team has met the requirements to play in the tournament. 

• In the event of a tie, the match will be decided by extra time, followed by penalties.

• There are no warm-up games, once you have started an official match with your opponent under the correct settings, its result will be official.

• Matches must not be delayed for any reasons, if your opponent has not responded within 10 minutes of a round start, you may notify a Tournament Official to investigate. Teams that do not respond after this 10 minute window will be automatically disqualified and be removed from the tournament.

• If a player disconnects during the match,players must keep evidence of the score before the disconnect, and restart the match with the correct settings again, the result at the end will be the goals prior to the disconnect plus the result of the new match played. If more than one disconnect occurs due to a player during the same round, notify a tournament official who will decide whether they should disqualify the player or not.

• Breaking any rule and any form of cheating, glitching, abusing in-game mechanics, or unsportsmanlike behavior may result in a forfeit of a game, match, or ban from FIFA Fridays. Cheating, glitching, and abusing in-game mechanics accusations must be verified by a tournament official.
